DETAILS FOR ALL PACKAGES
All Packages Include:
- Plastic eating utensils, paper plates/food boats, napkins, hot sauces
- 2 hours of serving time, plus 30 mins of food prep, and 30 mins of clean up.
- Truck on site, serving each guest from the serving window. Meals made to order.
- Our "All You Can Eat" packages are for dine at event location, to guests with provided wristband. Order 1 meal/pp at a time.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
BOOKING INFORMATION:
- 50% deposit and signed contract are required to book. Final headcount due 1 week before event. Final invoice based on this final headcount.
- Meal tax of 7% is added to the invoice.
- Town event permit fee added to the invoice, if required.
- Travel fees: 10-15 miles $50, 16-29 miles $100, 30-40 miles $150, over 40 miles $200. From home base of Halifax, MA.
- 18% Gratuity is added to invoice for our hardworking team.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
- Holiday surcharge $150.
- Truck/Trailer Space Requirements. Pickup truck and trailer: Length: 41 feet, Width: 9 feet trailer clearance (plus serving area space), Height: 14 feet.
- Additional serving time for All You Can Eat options is $250/hour. $175/hour for Quick Serve Menu.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- No refunds provided for cancellations less than 3 weeks from event date. Event may be rescheduled within one year of event if both parties agree.
