ALL YOU CAN EAT TACOS

$20/per person. Minimum headcount 50.

Includes:

$20 per person

  • Meats Included: Seasoned ground beef, chili-lime fire smoked pulled chicken, and BBQ pulled pork.
  • Soft Corn Tortillas
  • Pico De Gallo & Shredded Cheese
  • Lettuce 
  • Chipotle Mayo & Sour Cream
  • We will serve directly from our truck window, no extra charge! Each taco is made fresh to order to each guest's tastes.

  • Soft Corn Tortillas and Large Flour Tortillas
  • Corn, Rice, & Black Beans
  • Pico De Gallo & Shredded Cheese
  • Lettuce 
  • Chipotle Mayo & Sour Cream
  •  We will serve directly from our truck window, no extra charge! Each taco/burrito is made fresh to order to each guest's tastes.

$33/per person. Minimum headcount 40.

$33 per person

  • Meats included: seasoned ground beef, chili-lime fire smoked chicken, and smoked BBQ pulled pork. 
  • Soft Corn Tortillas, Large Flour Tortillas, and Tortilla Chips
  • Corn, Rice, & Black Beans
  • Pico De Gallo, Shredded Cheese, & Cheese Sauce
  • Lettuce, Black Olives
  • Chipotle Mayo & Sour Cream
  • We will serve directly from our truck window, no extra charge! Each menu item is made fresh to order to each guest's tastes.

            (Can order as many or as few as needed.)



DETAILS FOR ALL PACKAGES

All Packages Include:

  • Plastic eating utensils, paper plates/food boats, napkins
  • 2 hours of serving time, 30-60 mins of food prep time, and 30 mins of clean up time.
  • Additional serving time is $100/hour
  • Truck on site, serving each guest from the serving window.  Guest will order at the truck window, and we will prepare each menu item with their preference of toppings, etc.
  • Our "All You Can Eat" packages are for dine at event location, to guests with provided wristband, ONLY.  No takeout containers will be provided.


PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • 50% deposit is due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 3 days before event with final headcount.
  • Meal tax of 7% is added to the invoice. 
  • Town event permit fee added to the invoice, if required.
  • Travel fee for events 20+ miles  from Halifax, MA (varies).
  • 18% Gratuity is added to final invoice for our hardworking team. 20% on holidays or holiday weekends

IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONT..:

  • No refunds provided for cancellations less than 2 weeks from event date. Event may be rescheduled if both parties agree.
  • Holiday and holiday weekend surcharge $150. 
  • Truck/Trailer Space Requirements. Please verify the following parking dimensions are available to safely accommodate the Caterer's pickup truck and trailer: Length: 41 feet, Width: 9 feet trailer clearance (plus serving area space), Height: 12 1/2 feet.
